The slot is confirmed only when the desk replies. Same-day sometimes works if you message early; holidays and long weekends need about a week.
2. Travel to Pattaya. The road transfer takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours by taxi, private car or bus. There is no hotel pickup from Bangkok. Better still, stay a night in Pattaya and take the hotel pickup around Pattaya the next morning; a morning slot is the one least likely to be pushed by afternoon cloud.
3. Check in and brief. Plan for about 4 to 5 hours on site.
