The dropzone
Dropzone Thailand is built around throughput. Loads go up through the day, the ground crew works in a rhythm, and nobody stands around wondering what happens next. You check in, you get briefed, you get manifested onto a load, you jump.
The climb takes about fifteen minutes over the coastline. The door opens at 13,000 ft and you fall for roughly sixty seconds at around 200 km/h before the canopy opens and the noise stops. About two and a half quiet minutes later you are back on the grass, roughly three and a half minutes after leaving the door.

Groups
Stag parties, hen parties, office trips, five friends who dared each other at dinner last night. Throughput is the whole point of this dropzone, so a group does not have to be broken up across two days.
One jumper is a booking. You will simply share the load with whoever else is manifested at that time, which most solo travellers end up enjoying.
A group of that size checks in together, briefs together, then goes up across consecutive loads rather than one long queue. Nobody spends the whole day watching their friends land. Larger than ten and we split you across the day, and we tell you exactly how before you pay anything.
Two people on Eco, three on Deluxe and one on VIP is a normal booking here. Everyone jumps in the same block. Send us the names and packages in one message and we will manifest it as one group.
Three packages means six people make one decision in about ninety seconds, not twenty minutes. The camera choice is binary: no film, handcam, or outside cameraman. That is the whole menu, and on a stag morning it matters.

Skydiving is a weather business run on a schedule that the weather does not respect. Here is what that means for your booking, in plain language, before you turn up expecting a fixed departure time.
Three things stop a load: wind above limits on the ground or at altitude, cloud sitting between the aircraft and the landing area, and rain heavy enough to hurt at 200 km/h. It is called load by load, not day by day. A grey morning often turns into a clean 14:00 window.
We give you a time to be at the dropzone, between 08:00 and 18:00. Your actual exit depends on where you land in the manifest that day. Plan the jump as a half day and do not book a bus for two hours later.
Jumpers are manifested onto numbered loads. Groups are kept together on consecutive loads where possible. Morning air is usually the calmest, which is why first-timers and big groups are pushed early when we can get it.
Safety wins and we reschedule. Weather reschedules are always free. If you are leaving Thailand before the next window, we refund your deposit. Nobody is pressured into jumping in marginal conditions to save a booking.
No prepayment. We confirm availability with the dropzone first, then secure your slot. Changing your date is a message, not a penalty, as long as you tell us before your reporting time.
Every rig carries a main and a reserve canopy plus an automatic activation device. Reserves are packed by riggers. Harnesses and handles are checked on the ground, checked again in the aircraft, and checked once more before the door opens.
Internationally certified tandem masters with thousands of jumps each. They fly the exit, the freefall and the landing. Your job is body position for four seconds and then enjoying yourself.
The dropzone sits outside Pattaya, Chon Buri. Hotel pickup around Pattaya is available on request, so tell us your hotel name in the booking request and we arrange the transfer with your reporting time.
Six things worth checking now rather than at the manifest desk. If any of them is a problem, message us first and we will tell you straight away whether it works.
Hard limit on the harness. If you are close to it, message us before booking and we will check it with the dropzone.
Under 18 needs a parent or guardian to give consent in person on the day. Bring the guardian, not a signed note.
Heart conditions, recent surgery, pregnancy, shoulder or back injuries and diving in the last 24 hours all need mentioning before you book, not at the door.
Comfortable sporty clothes and sneakers that lace on tight. No sandals, no loose slip-ons. Jumpsuit, harness, goggles and altimeter are provided.
Photo ID, water, sunscreen and a strap for your glasses if you wear them. Guardian and ID for anyone under 18.
No personal cameras or GoPros on a tandem jump, no exceptions. Nothing in your pockets, no loose jewellery. Pick Deluxe or VIP and let the pros film it.

I always wanted to skydive and when researching the best place to do it in Thailand, Thai sky came up. The set up of getting everything scheduled and coordinated with seamless and then when getting here I was welcomed and everything was explained to me clearly. The instructors are very friendly and make you feel super comfortable.
Even if you are a bit scared beforehand, go for it! The instructors explain everything calmly and clearly, so you feel safe at all times. The moment you jump out of the plane is simply indescribable. Adrenaline, freedom and a view you will never forget.
